The Early Childhood Intervention Program, Regina Region Inc. (ECIP) is a non profit organization that provides a voluntary, home visiting program for families of children birth through age six. Parents whose children may be experiencing varying degrees of difficulty in areas of development, including movement, sight, hearing, communication, touch and learning may qualify for this service. |
